  • 2 month minimum rental requirement

  • $30 one-time account set-up fee

  • Free high-security lock with every rental

  • Rent due on the 1st of the month

  • Picture ID required with rental contract

  • We kindly request 2 weeks move-out notice

  • Rental units offered in one month increments- proration not offered upon move out
